Happy day 300!

Hello folks! I'm here in Collingwood, well near it anyway, out in the sticks again. I love it here. I'm in an area called Golden Bay at the northwest corner of the south island. Nearby is a bird sanctuary & hiking area called Farewell Spit. More about the hostel & area later. Each day goes by & I think back to some time during the trip, Spain, Greece, Ireland.... I think how long ago that was. I think how I feel like I've just begun & yet it's day 300 already. So many memories, so many new friends & aquaintences, so many adventures. This year I've done things I only dreamed about doing before I left and each day I dream about more things I want to do.

I am not going to jinx anything, but I think I will have some good news to pass on very soon. Keep posted. I'm also thinking about which place will be my next destination. It's getting narrowed down, especially as I'm turning the BIG 3-0 this year! (which is still funny to me because I got carded in a pub (drinking age is 18) in Australia.)

It's sunset on another landmark day and the dawn of a new 100 days. How much longer will it last?
